Breakfast Club

WELCOME TO OUR BREAKFAST CLUB AT SHIPSTON-ON-STOUR PRIMARY SCHOOL. 

We are delighted to be able to offer this service. We open at 8.00am each school day and provide supervised activities and breakfast, if required. At the start of the school day children are taken to their classes. 

WHAT TIME IS BREAKFAST CLUB OPEN? 

Breakfast Club is open during term time only between 8.00am and 8.45am. 
 

WHAT IS THE ADMISSIONS POLICY?

Places in the Breakfast Club are offered to pupils of Shipston-on-Stour Primary School and priority is given to those requiring five mornings per week. 
 

HOW DO I BOOK? 

Please contact the school office to book your places, which must be one month in advance.
 

HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY?

Please pay via ParentPay. Fees are calculated for half termly and are payable in advance. 
 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

There will be a charge of £4.50 for each morning. 
 

WHAT REFRESHMENTS ARE PROVIDED?

Breakfast consists of healthy cereals, fresh fruit, milk and water, and is available until 8.40am.
 

WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE AVAILABLE? 

As the interests of the children are so diverse, the staff provide opportunities for the children to enjoy as wide a range of experiences as possible. These include colouring and art activities, games, iPads and computers, plus help with homework.

After School Club - SPLASH

Shipston Primary Learning After School Hours is open from 3.15pm until 6pm each school day for children in Reception to Year 6.

We use facilities in school such as toys and Lego, computers and iPads, Olympic trail, playground and field, arts and crafts. There are a minimum of two members of staff every afternoon.

There are two pricing options:
 

3.15 - 5pm = £7.50 per child per day.

3.15 - 6pm = £12.50 per child per day.

For families with multiple siblings attending at the same time there is a reduction in price:

3.15 - 5pm = £6.25 per child.

3.15 - 6pm = £10.50 per child.

There will be a late collection charge of £5 per child for collection after 5.01pm until 6pm. For late collections after 6pm there will be a late charge of £15 per child.
